Across 1 920 recent reviews of 12 South African bookmakers, fica and account verification came up most often at SuperSportBet, in 35% of the 235 reviews we read for it, and least often at Lulabet on 3%. That is a 11.7-fold difference between the same complaint at two licensed bookmakers, which is the part worth acting on. Every bookmaker we sampled is below, best record first, so you can see the whole ranking rather than the two ends of it.
More useful than any rating: whether the bookmaker answers. Supabets replied to 100% of the reviews we read, while World Sports Betting, BetXChange, Lulabet replied to none of them. That is a behaviour rather than an opinion, and it is the closest thing to a test of customer service that can be run from outside.
