What Easybet says, in the small print
Read from Easybet's own site on 2026-08-09. Quoted
rather than summarised, because the exact wording is the point.
Your deposit must be bet before you can withdraw it
"If the value of a deposit has not been played through in full once before a withdrawal is requested, Easybet reserves the right to refuse a requested withdrawal"
This applies to all deposits, with no bonus involved. Deposit,
change your mind, and the money has to be staked before it can come
back out. Five bookmakers
on this site publish a clause like it.
Voucher deposits can never be refunded
"Under no circumstances will refunds be considered for Easyload, 1voucher, OTT and Bluvoucher voucher transactions."
Vouchers are how people without a bank card deposit, so the customers with the fewest options get the least protection.
Payout caps differ enormously by product
"Sports Betting (Sports: Pre-match and Live) = R2 000 000.00 Maximum Payout ... Virtual Games (Virtual Games: Virtual Roulette, Keno, Winners Wheel) = R50 000.00 Maximum Payout"
Virtual games are capped forty times lower than sports.
The sign-up bonus needs R99 of your own money before it can be withdrawn
"To qualify for a withdrawal, you must deposit at least R99 and place a total of R99 in "real money" bets at odds of 2.0 (1/1) or higher."
The offer reads as a reward for registering, with no deposit in the headline. The deposit requirement appears partway down the promotion page.
A big win on free spins is taken out of your own balance
"The maximum real money payout using your Free Spins is R1000, any amount over R1000 will be deducted from your Main Funds Wallet."
The cap does not simply stop the payout. The excess is deducted from the cash you already held. FirstBet publishes the same mechanic, so it is not unique to Easybet.
The advertised sign-up amount halves without an affiliate code
"If you do not have a promo code, we will automatically credit your Bonus Wallet with R25 and 25 Free Spins with the same terms and conditions."
Advertised as R50. Registering directly, without a code from an affiliate, pays R25. Easybet became a commercial partner of this site on 12 August 2026, so this clause now cuts toward our own interest and is stated rather than used as a reason to click: the advertised amount depends on arriving through an affiliate, ours included.
The same 150% offer costs nearly four times more on casino
"To qualify, place bets equal to 15x your first deposit on Slots. Only Slots bets count toward the deposit rollover — Evolution, Betgames, Crash Games, Live Dealer and other casino games do not."
The sports route asks 4x the deposit at odds of 2.0 or higher; the casino route asks 15x. On a R1,000 deposit that is R4,000 against R15,000 for the identical advertised bonus, and choosing one forfeits the other.
What their welcome bonus actually demands
150% first deposit match up to R5,000.
Minimum odds 2.
The same 150% headline costs R4,000 of turnover taken on sport and R15,000 taken on casino, on a R1,000 deposit. Choosing one forfeits the other, and the account must be FICA verified before either is credited.
Quoted from their terms: "To qualify, place bets equal to 4x your first deposit at odds of 2.0 or higher. [Casino:] To qualify, place bets equal to 15x your first deposit on Slots. Only Slots bets count toward the deposit rollover."
Compare what every bonus demands.
