The address is www.supabets.co.za. Type it into your browser yourself. It is shown as text on purpose: this page carries no link that pretends an existing customer is a referral, and the site's publish gate refuses an unmarked link to an operator's own domain.

1. Open www.supabets.co.za and tap Login at the top of the page; Register sits beside it for new accounts. The site currently serves from new.supabets.co.za.
2. The login field takes your username, email address or phone number, then your password.
3. The same account works on the app.

Log in on the app

Supabets publishes an Android .apk on its Download App page, because, in its words, real money gambling apps are not available on the Google Play Store; the iPhone app is on the App Store; the Huawei AppGallery app is listed as coming soon (read 14 September 2026).

• Android: on supabets.co.za/download-app, tap the Android banner, download the .apk, accept the install prompt, and the app appears on your home screen. Supabets says to enable Allow Unknown Sources in settings if the install is refused.
• iPhone: tap the App Store banner on the same page, tap Get, and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple ID password.
• Huawei: not yet on AppGallery, per the page.

Forgot your password or username

The Supabets login page carries a Forgot Password? link (read 14 September 2026); Supabets does not publish the steps behind it on its FAQ page. Registration and recovery run on a one-time PIN sent by SMS to the phone number on the account.

1. On supabets.co.za/login, tap Forgot Password? and follow the prompt to the phone number or email on your account.
2. If the number on the account is no longer yours, contact support first: WhatsApp 060 017 6911 or [email protected].

Who licenses Supabets

Supabets is licensed by Mpumalanga Economic Regulator. The official Supabets footer states that Supabets is regulated by the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator and links a 2025 bookmaker licence for Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd t/a SUPABETS-MPUMALANGA, Licence Reference Number 9-2-1-00055.
