Forgot your password or username

Hollywoodbets publishes the reset steps (article dated 2 January 2026): the Change Password or Cell Number button at the top of the site, a code by SMS or email, security questions or a selfie check, then a new password.

1. On www.hollywoodbets.net, tap Change Password or Cell Number at the top right.
2. Choose Change Password.
3. Choose SMS or email, and enter your ID number and your registered contact details.
4. Tap Submit.
5. Answer the security questions, or use the selfie check if you cannot remember them.
6. Enter your new password.
7. Enter the one-time PIN sent to your phone or email.
8. Tap Verify And Reset Password.
